Caviar and fish roe are a true delicacy and are often used in fish dishes, such as sushi. In both cases, it concerns roe: fully mature eggs of a fish. Caviar specifically refers to the eggs of the sturgeon. The fish roe in our range comes from trout, herring, salmon and mackerel, among others.
