Preparation

Place the clear ice balls in a highball glass.
Pour the PARAGON White Penja Pepper cordial and the Eau-de-vie de Poire into the glass.
Preferably top up with sparkling coconut water soda. Otherwise, use regular coconut water.
Stir gently, garnish with a leaf, and serve.
