
Gemüse- & Obstkörbchen
Das ist mal etwas anderes als nur Butter zum Brot. Wir haben einen streichfähigen Gemüse- & Obstkorb mit Hilfe von Silikonformen gemacht.
Vollständig streichfähig und daher schön, als Vorspeise mit getoastetem Briochebrot zu servieren.
Wir haben unser kulinarisches FoodXperience-Team herausgefordert und sie gebeten, mithilfe von Formen sowohl herzhafte als auch süße Gerichte zu kreieren. Gerichte, die kreativ und ein Augenschmaus sind, aber immer mit Fokus auf Geschmack.

Zubereitung
- Interior:
- Mix the burrata and muhammara using a hand blender into a pipeable mixture.
- Pipe this mixture into the tomato molds and tap to remove any air bubbles.
- Place the molds in the freezer.
- Gel:
- Blend the pulp with the tomato juice (from the can) and the water into a smooth sauce.
- Add the kappa and bring to a boil while stirring (80°C).
- Let the mixture cool to about 40°C.
- Stick the frozen tomatoes on a skewer and dip them once in the warm tomato gel.
- Let the tomatoes thaw and serve.

- Interior:
- Put the ossenworst, filet americain, and crème fraîche together in the food processor and process into a pipeable mixture.
- Fill the molds with the mixture and tap to remove any air bubbles.
- Freeze the molds so they are ready to be removed from the molds.
- Gel:
- Puree the onions with the liquid from the jar, the water, and the mango puree using a hand blender.
- Press this mixture through a sieve (save the pulp, for example, for a tartare).
- Now mix in the kappa and sugar syrup and heat to 80°C.
- Add extra color with yellow food coloring if needed.
- Let cool to about 40°C.
- Stick the bananas on a skewer and dip them in the warm gel.
- Heat the apple syrup and carve thin lines in the gel with a skewer.
- Use a cotton swab to brush some apple syrup into the lines to make it look even more like a banana.
- Let them thaw and serve.
