The Gildehoen is a sustainable Dutch chicken breed for those who consciously choose quality and animal welfare. The chicken is raised without antibiotics, with a lower environmental impact, and receives 100% plant-based feed (min. 70% grains).
The strong Hubbard breed lives longer (49–53 days), in barns with daylight, a covered outdoor area and plenty of space – only two-thirds of the usual stocking density. Feed is scattered to encourage natural behaviour, and enrichment material keeps the animals active. A responsible and tasty alternative, with minimal losses and optimal living conditions.

The Scharrelhoen is a slow-growing breed, kept on a small scale and in an artisanal way by chicken farmers in the Veluwe. The animals grow up in good living conditions. In the barn, they live with a maximum of thirteen others per square metre, and outside there are two square metres available per chicken. The feed consists of a mix of at least 70% grains and is enriched with herbs. It is scattered daily inside the barn and outside in the meadow to encourage scratching. The combination of these factors results in a tasty, authentic piece of meat.

As the name suggests, the organic Polderhoen grows up in the polder, the Flevopolder to be precise. The Polderhoen is a special, slow-growing chicken of the ‘Hubbard’ breed. A strong breed that, combined with optimal living conditions and organic feed, can build up good natural resistance. The very fit chicken is given all the time and space it needs to grow. In the barn, the chickens live with a maximum of eleven others per square metre, and outside there are four square metres available per chicken. The feed is organically grown and rich in herbs and grains. This benefits the flavour of the meat: old-fashioned flavour with a lovely firm texture.

The Kemper Landhoen is an honest, slow-growing farm chicken for professionals who choose flavour, animal welfare and craftsmanship. This chicken lives on small farms in the Netherlands with a covered outdoor area and daylight. Without antibiotics and with attention to a natural environment. The strong breed grows up in peace and quiet, with room to scratch and show natural behaviour. The chickens receive 100% plant-based feed, largely home-grown. Thanks to the longer rearing period (at least 56 days), the meat develops more texture and flavour: firm, juicy and full of character. An honest product, made the way it should be.
